🚫 Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Once your order has been placed and processed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

This applies to situations such as:

  • User error or misunderstanding of product use


⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items (Strict Conditions)

In the rare case your item arrives completely non-functional (does not power on at all upon delivery):

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Our team will review your claim. If confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • Items that power on or show any sign of operation are considered functional and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
